1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using RoomRent services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, please do not use this service.

2. Booking and Reservation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. The following terms apply:

• Advance booking requires payment of security deposit
• Reservation confirmation will be sent via email
• Room allocation is subject to availability at check-in
• Minimum rental period is 1 month
• Check-in time: 12:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM

3. Payment Terms

Payment policies and terms:

• Monthly rent must be paid on or before the 5th of each month
• Security deposit: Equivalent to 1 month's rent
• Late payment charges: ₹100 per day after due date
• Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer, UPI, Cash
• No refund for early termination without 30 days notice

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and refund terms:

• Cancellation must be made at least 30 days in advance
• Security deposit will be refunded within 15 days after proper inspection
• Deductions from security deposit for damages, if any
• No refund for monthly rent once the month has started

5. Tenant Responsibilities

As a tenant, you agree to:

• Keep the room and common areas clean and well-maintained
• Report any damages or maintenance issues immediately
• Not make any structural changes without written permission
• Maintain peaceful conduct and respect other tenants
• Not sublease or transfer the room to any third party
• Follow all house rules and regulations

6. House Rules

All tenants must comply with the following:

• No smoking inside the premises
• No pets allowed without prior approval
• Visitors allowed only between 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM
• No loud music or noise after 10:00 PM
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas

7. Services and Amenities

RoomRent provides the following services:

• 24/7 security and CCTV surveillance
• High-speed WiFi connectivity
• Daily housekeeping services
• Power backup during outages
• Maintenance and repair services

Service disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances will be resolved at the earliest.

8. Termination

RoomRent reserves the right to terminate tenancy immediately without notice if:

• Terms and conditions are violated
• Illegal activities are conducted on premises
• Rent payment is delayed beyond 15 days
• Property damage or disturbance to other tenants

9. Liability

RoomRent is not liable for:

• Loss or damage to personal belongings
• Injuries sustained on the premises
• Service interruptions beyond our control
• Acts of other tenants or third parties

Tenants are advised to maintain personal insurance for their belongings.

10. Modifications

RoomRent reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
